Gourmet Restaurant On the corniche of Saint Gilles, with a view of the ocean, a zen decor where driftwood is the master of the game and a plate based on the tradition of good produce, Chef Sylvain Maran works his way from the simplicity of steamed cod or monkfish snacked just right, accompanied by caponata and eggplant with black garlic, to the greater complexity of his famous "marmite terre et mer" with cabawa lemongrass broth and foie gras. The wine list also pays tribute to the terroir. As for welcome and service, under the leadership of Annabelle Maran, they are impeccable.
