Between land and sea, facing the ocean, chef Jean Marc and Josette Perochon's table is sure to seduce, with its well-crafted, freshly prepared plates, chic, cosy atmosphere and a look that goes a long way between two mouthfuls of perfect ikejimé sea bass or pollack with oyster vinaigrette. You may prefer the quasi de veau served with a risotto of seasonal vegetables, but the desserts are fresh and tasty. The wine list is sure to please wine-lovers, and Josette's service is perfect.
