Le Casier's reputation is well established, and tourists attracted by the name and the sea spray know they've found the right place to stay. We aim for naturalness and simplicity, with oysters of course, but also sauerkraut from the sea, one of the highlights of a menu that varies little, using local resources, particularly sardines and other fish from the fish market.
