Gourmet Restaurant Sunshine is always in the air at Edouard and Jessica's, who liven up the local scene with the same enthusiasm as when they started out nearly five years ago. Their cuisine is lively, committed and inspired by their many travels, in an atmosphere that's both distinguished and relaxed. The menu is always full of great ideas in terms of combinations and seasonal produce (watercress scallops, parsnip bass, clementine chocolate...), and we salute the very good initiative, this winter, of including two traditional dishes that are coming back into vogue, salmon koulibiac and beef Wellington, a delight when they're as well mastered as they are here. Good spout menu at €63, regional cellar.
