Chef's Restaurant No, we're not looking for modernity here. Quite the opposite, in fact. But as Cocteau said, "fashion is what goes out of fashion", and in this rustic Provençal interior, the good maussanese feet and packages or the beef stew have no interest in changing, any more than the rabbit with garlic cream or the rack of lamb with sage and macaroni gratin. It's clear that this endearing house must remain intact, with its rituals and specialties. Prices are rather high, but for this quality, which you don't see every day, we make an exception. Desserts as classic, wines from the Alpilles region, complemented by great names (Grange des Pères, Coche Dury) and a bit of negociant.
