Sponsored The very charming village of Arenthon is home to a superb address that passers-by will be lucky enough to discover, just thirty minutes from Annecy and Geneva. L'Auberge d'Arenthon - because it was originally the local inn - is a family-run restaurant that Lisa has been running for the past ten years. Initially supported by her parents before her father retired, Lisa is now accompanied by her husband Geoffroy, but her mother is never far away to lend a hand to this close-knit, friendly team. The house offers traditional French cuisine, with an attractive menu that changes with the seasons every three months, and suggestions on the board in the dining room: an ideal concept for being pleasantly surprised every time you sit down to eat. While calf's head with gribiche sauce is concocted all year round, gourmets will appreciate other tasty dishes such as lobster risotto, filet of sea bream or salmon/crab mille-feuilles as starters.
