Description
Sponsored Thrill-seekers and gourmets will be able to combine these two passions at Paddock, the restaurant nestled in the heart of the Muret international karting circuit. An atypical and convivial venue that has already won over the hearts of curious customers, regulars and large companies for professional events. Here, homemade dishes and fresh produce are the order of the day, with a menu renewed every week and suggestions based on the seasons and the Chef's whims: pork sauté with old-fashioned mustard, veal shank in a pot au feu, duck aiguillettes with forest sauce... A deliberately limited menu that focuses on quality and local produce, with the homemade burger and the sublime ribeye direct from the producer in pole position. Add to this giant pan-fried dishes for groups, both private and corporate, such as paella, tartiflette and Morteau sausages with parsley potatoes. A real treat. A lovely terrace in fine weather, and the ideal place to celebrate a special event... Open for lunch, and evenings by reservation.
