What else is new at the Salon du Chocolat 2025?
For this anniversary edition, the organizers are banking on a unique sensory experience. Firstly, the "Espace Remix", an innovative concept offering an immersion between patisserie and music. To enliven this space, three pastry chefs will offer their vision for a unique experience: Jeffrey Cagnes, Cédric Grolet and Yann Couvreur.
What's more, the traditional parade of chocolate dresses has been completely reinvented to mark the 30th anniversary of the show. The catwalk is replaced by a total show based on the theme of musicals. This multi-dimensional show imagined by Aicom blends fashion, song, dance and modern technology, with costumes designed in chocolate.
This one-of-a-kind performance is inspired by five monuments of musical comedy: The Greatest Showman, Mary Poppins, Mozart l'Opéra Rock, Mamma Mia and Starmania.
What's on the programme at the Salon du Chocolat?
These new features don't erase the unmissable ones, as Marianne Chandernagor, Events Director at Comexposium, explains: "The show is built on a solid existing base, but with a new twist for this anniversary edition":
- Le Village des Chefs by Gault&Millau (Pavillon 5.1 Stand E74)
- The "Pastry Show", a demonstration area featuring 50 pastry chefs, including Nina Métayer, Christophe Hay and Léandre Vivier.
- Four monumental sculptures at the entrance to the show
- A "Cake Time" area, offering chocolates, palace pastries and English-style tea time for sale
- Workshops for young and old alike
- The "Allee de l'Inspiration", showcasing pieces by renowned chocolatiers and Meilleurs Ouvriers de France, as well as costumes from the musical...
