Summer dining in a château
With its exceptional location, the Saint James, part chateau, part family home in the heart of Paris's 16ᵉ arrondissement, is the ideal setting for a meal with summery notes. Chef Grégory Garimbay, of the Bellefeuille restaurant, unveils his menu for the summer, in homage to a cuisine that is dear to his heart. His menu revolves around three concepts: vegetal, iodine and mineral, a nostalgic tribute to his childhood.

For a luminous tea-time
To share an exceptional moment, the Shangri-La Paris hosts a tea time on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. It takes place in Bauhinia, a restaurant with a French-Asian flair, under a large glass dome in the heart of the palace. The fresh arrival of pastry chef Timothy Lam brings a breath of fresh air, with finger sandwiches and a selection of sweet dishes. Hot and cold beverages are also available.

Il Carpaccio is an Italian restaurant in the Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris. For a "frosted snack
This summer, Le Meurice is offering a new sweet experience with Cédric Grolet's Goûter Givré. To cool off, head to Le Dalí restaurant. The menu features a fruity, iced snack, composed of three elements: a fruit emptied of its pulp to make way for a sorbet (yuzu, coconut or passion fruit), a summery trompe-l'oeil (mango, flat peach or pistachio) and a raspberry and vanilla cookie. Drinks include infusions and iced chocolates, as well as a Meurice-style affogato.

Perched atop the Peninsula Paris, the L'Heure Dorée bar has reopened its doors for the summer season. End the day with a panoramic view of the Eiffel Tower and Sacré Coeur, on a colorful and convivial terrace. The menu features sweet and savory dishes, as well as creative cocktails and mocktails. Bonus: a musical ambience imagined by Bon Entendeur, especially for the rooftop.
