On November 18, 2024, the Gault&Millau trophies ceremony will honor gastronomic talent. Chefs and other leading figures in the restaurant industry will be rewarded for their exceptional creativity, passion and expertise.

In a few days' time, Gault&Millau will be inviting food lovers to discover the winners of the 2025 titles. This year, two surprises have been added to the usual four categories."You are 24 winners, and among these 24, six will be even more distinguished," revealed Marc Esquerré, Director of Surveys at Gault&Millau. Indeed, two new categories will make their appearance in the 2025 prize list.

Where will the Gault&Millau 2025 ceremony take place?

The Gault&Millau 2025 gala evening will take place on Monday November 18 at the Trianon and Élysée Montmartre in Paris. This year's event will take place in two parts. The first will take place before an audience of over 900 guests, followed by a cocktail reception. Then, a second part in the form of a Gala dinner signed by four chefs.

Who are the nominees for the Gault&Millau 2025 trophies?

This year, there won't be four trophy categories, but six. In fact, the Guide Jaune has chosen to reward a Grand de Demain from among the winners of the latest Gault&Millau Tour, and also to award a special title to one of the 109 (sang-neuf) chefs of the year 2025.
