Waldorf Astoria Versailles - Trianon Palace in the Paris region

just thirty minutes from Paris, the Guerlain spa at the Trianon Palace strikes the perfect balance between a change of scenery and regeneration. The 2,800 m² wellness and fitness area features an 18-metre swimming pool, a hammam, a sauna and, above all, a menu of top-flight Guerlain treatments. The remarkable "Secret de la Reine ou du Roi" treatment, a veritable symphony of regeneration, is the star attraction. In hushed cabins, draining massages, detoxifying scrubs and remineralizing wraps with marine active ingredients invite you to detox after the festive season. Castel Clara Thalasso & Spa in Belle-Île-en-Mer

Perched on the cliffs of Belle-Île-en-Mer's rugged coastline, facing the Anse de Goulphar, this Relais & Châteaux member establishment is home to one of Brittany's most comprehensive thalasso centers. Its facilities are spread over several levels, with two seawater pools (indoor and outdoor), a panoramic aquatic course and a relaxation area with steam room and sauna facing the ocean. Signature cures, developed with products from the Breton brand Thalion, combine hydromassage baths with local seaweed, marine mud wraps, essential oil massages and underwater jets for a draining and remineralizing action. The "Minceur et douceur" program combines targeted marine treatments and a balanced diet, complemented by Qi gong, meditation and hypnosis sessions. In terms of accommodation, the 66 rooms and suites open onto private balconies offering spectacular views over the emerald waters of the Atlantic. Chef Jean-Alexandre Ouaratta's gourmet Café Clara showcases the finest seafood.

The Detox cycle combines marine hydrotherapy, draining massages with essential oils of rosemary and lemon, remineralizing marine mud wraps and toning aquagym sessions. Abbaye des Capucins in Occitanie

as the crow flies from the historic center of Montauban, near Toulouse, this former abbey converted into a hotel offers the signature "SOS Minceur Métabolique" program, which specifically targets digestive disorders responsible for fat accumulation and water retention.
