Gault&Millau's review2026
This pleasant, plush inn on the banks of the river Sélune has definite potential, especially since chef Shoro Ito moved in five years ago. Blending Normandy's terroir with his Japanese culture and experience of great restaurants (Loiseau, Marcon), he delivers an attractive menu that changes with the seasons: marinated tuna with shiitake peas, sea bass with gnocchi in miso broth, veal with darphin apples and hazelnut juice in a good menu without choice, but attractive at €62 and concluded with a chocolate hazelnut mango passion dessert.
