For three generations, Maison Bignalet has been producing local charcuterie products in their geographical area of origin, selecting the best producers in Chalosse and Landes and working with the greatest respect for the product. Our in-house cured meats are first salted and then larded, before undergoing a long curing period to ensure an incomparable balance between sweetness and flavor.
