Butchery This is the second Maison de la Viande store to receive meat stored and matured at the Saint-Vincent-de-Paul head office. The meats are all locally sourced, some of them labelled, and always of excellent quality. There's also a good selection of home-made preserves, including daubes, confits and pâtés.
