Delicatessen Charcutier, caterer and canner from father to son, Christian Barucq, aka "Kiki", the man in the black beret, welcomes you to his store in Habas (Landes), on the heights of the Gave de Pau. He is also present at the markets in Saint-Paul-lès-Dax on Thursdays, and in Dax itself on Saturdays, thanks to his truck. You can also order from his online store, with delivery throughout France. Today, his son Baptiste takes over the business with panache. Over a hundred traditional South-Western products have been seducing gourmets for several generations: pâtés, rillettes, galantines, duck and goose foies gras, confit legs and duck breast, gizzards, stuffed necks and garbure, and much more. A real treat!
