Charcutier, caterer and canner from father to son, Christian Barucq, aka "Kiki", the man in the black beret, welcomes you to his store high above the Gave de Pau. He is also present at the markets in Saint-Paul-lès-Dax on Thursdays, and in Dax itself on Saturdays, thanks to his truck. You can also order from his online boutique, with delivery throughout France. Today, his son Baptiste takes over the business with panache. Over a hundred traditional South-Western products have been delighting gourmets for several generations: pâtés, rillettes, galantines, as well as duck and goose foies gras, confit legs and duck breasts, gizzards, stuffed necks and garbure... A real treat!
