Delicatessen The first Montauzer charcuterie opened here, at the same time as the one in Bayonne and before the one in Biarritz. But the same Bardos-prepared products can be found everywhere. Everywhere the same quality. The preparations are made from healthily-fed pigs, and when we tell you that the pâté is reminiscent of the one your grandmother used to make, we're talking about a real grandmother cook! Zero preservative additives, simple things and well-balanced ingredients. Ibaïama Ham numbered like the great works.
