Gault&Millau's review
A 100% Pinot Noir cuvée bottled in 2015, with a strong colour attesting to the maturity of the grapes. The wine is caressing on the palate with fine bubbles a frothy mousse, as the chalky finish adds sapidity and freshness. A champagne that will accompany a veal tartare and Thai-style scampi.

Very a pretty pale pink robe, this wine is both vinous, tannic and fruity (wild strawberry and raspberry). The very fine bubbles, mineral freshness and crunchy delicacy of the red berries are balanced on the palate, suggesting an accord with a fillet of deer and cranberry sauce.

Gault&Millau's review
Chiseled bubbles and an evolved nose of toast, sweet spices and wild mushrooms (dried porcini) for this cuvée made up of 80% Pinot Noir and complemented with Chardonnay. The direct and vinous palate deploys notes of smoke and candied citrus. Serve with scallops with and porcini mushroom cream.
