Vigneron indépendant à Courmas, Xavier Alexandre exploite un vignoble familial de 8 ha, certifié HVE3, répartis dans dix villages de la Marne dont cinq sont classés premier cru en montagne de Reims et grande vallée de la Marne. Les raisins pinot noir, meunier et chardonnay sont minutieusement sélectionnés et récoltés à maturité optimale. Le choix d’une vinification parcellaire en fermentation malolactique partielle permet à Xavier Alexandre de créer des champagnes exprimant au mieux la typicité de chaque terroir.
