Une belle minéralité s'échappe des premiers arômes qui évoquent la craie, la poire croquante et de subtiles notes de champignon frais. Sous de fines bulles, la matière se révèle fraîche et acidulée ; soulignée par des notes de fruits jaunes et une touche acidulée. La longue finale donne de l’altitude et de la lumière au vin.

La maison Lenoble était dirigée jusqu'en 2023 par Anne et Antoine Malassagne, arrière-petite-fille et petit-fils du fondateur de la marque. Elle a été rachetée par Ségolène Frère-Gallienne, Antoine restant actionnaire minoritaire et aidant Julien Lardy, le nouveau chef de caves. La production est issue de trois secteurs : 10 ha de chardonnay à Chouilly sur la côte des Blancs, 6 ha à Bisseuil près de Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, et 2,5 ha à Damery, réputé pour ses pinots meuniers et site de la maison. L’approvisionnement est complété par l’achat de raisin. Le style est ample et vineux, à la finale élégante et rafraîchissante. Nouveau processus de vinification pour les cuvées portant la mention « mag » : une partie des vins de réserve est conservée en magnums bouchés sous liège, puis débouchée et assemblée aux cuvées, apportant fraîcheur et complexité au vin.
