With its astonishing œil-de-perdrix color, the bouquet of this champagne reveals notes of red berries (wild strawberry, raspberry) harmonizing with white fruit aromas in a very gourmet, round nose. On the palate, red fruits are again present, but with more original notes of black olive and tomato sauce. The finish is energetic, salty and delicious.
