Beneath an intense color that hesitates between strawberry juice and grenadine, raspberry, wild strawberry, blackberry and blueberry contribute to a very gourmand nose, all fruit and juiciness, seductive at first with its spicy notes (cinnamon, pepper). The palate is equally round and fleshy. These intense fruity notes are enhanced by aromas of yellow fruit (apricot) and vine peach, blood orange and peony perfume. The fresh framework stretches languorously to a finish that remains invigorating, without denying greed. The long, softly licorice finish is perfect with duck breast or red meat. A complex, seductive champagne.
