The vegetal notes of sorrel and the sweet aromas of whipped cream, raisins and a touch of iodine present themselves on the nose of this vintage cuvée. Fresh and lemony on the palate, it retains all the pep of its youth and a mineral, salivating length. Pair with grilled octopus.
