What a pretty pink-red color. Smells of gamay, strawberry and harlequin candy, cherry krema and notes of lily of the valley and peony. Round on the palate, with fine, creamy bubbles. It's greedy without being very fleshy, though the tension is discreet. The red fruit aromas are persistent and long-lasting. The dosage is well integrated and pleasant to drink.

Champagne Vollereaux comprises 42 hectares of vineyards spread across 13 communes on the southern slopes of Épernay. The estate, based in Pierry, is currently run by the sixth generation—Franck and Hélène—with the seventh generation, Camille and Max, joining them. With a diverse selection of grapes, the house boasts a veritable symphony of terroirs where Chardonnay (the predominant variety), Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier can express their distinctive characteristics.
