Made from a blend of 75% Chardonnay and 25% rosé de saignée, this cuvée, with a dosage of 6 g/l, has aged 6 years in our cellars. Its soft salmon-tinted color reveals a delicate bouquet of red berries, raspberries, exotic fruit and pomelo, followed by notes of orange blossom. The palate is lively, fleeting and ample. The chewiness aspires to the crisp, vinous lineage of great wines. Enjoy with a prestigious meal, sautéed lobster medallions in a citrus sauce.
