As its name suggests, this cuvée is made exclusively from a perpetual reserve begun in 1982 and topped up, until 2013, by 40% additions of wines from successive harvests. The nose is powerful and complex, with notes of fresh almond and beeswax. On the palate, the wine is evolved and caressing, with fresh citrus notes. The finish is long and chalky. Best served with stuffed veal breast.
