A village classified as a Grand Cru on the Côte des Blancs, renowned for its chalky subsoil, Chouilly is the historic home of the Vazart-Coquart family, represented by Caroline and Jean-Pierre. For decades, they have tended to 11 hectares of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir spread across some thirty plots, each with its own unique terroir and sunlight exposure. Having committed to environmental certification early on, the couple raised their standards even further and converted their vineyard to organic farming. Blanc de blancs, brut zéro, rosé, vintage blanc de blancs, and prestige cuvées make up a relatively limited range in which the demi-sec still has its place.
