This 100% Chardonnay boasts an extra-bright light color and the distinguished nose of great Burgundy whites. The toasty notes in no way mask the expression of the great Chardonnays with their subtle citrus notes, but on the contrary reveal them. On the palate, the wine vibrates with all its fine bubbles and is fine, straightforward, long and expressive. The finish, chalky to perfection, is a dynamic reminder of sweetbreads. An excellent wine!
