Green and silver reflections illuminate a golden robe. The fine bubbles are impetuous in the glass. The complex nose combines notes of butter, white fruit and honey flowers. Underlying minerality. Smooth on the attack, velvety and delicately fruity, the wine takes on a fresh connotation in the mid-palate. The finish is more mineral, with an almost powdery feel. A well-balanced, rooty champagne that would pair perfectly with iodized cuisine, such as cold langoustines with herb mayonnaise.
