This 100% Chardonnay cuvée was aged in barrels and corked. Only 1928 bottles and 10 magnums were produced in 2016. The brilliant gold color imparts an effervescence of fine bubbles. The nose is delicate, with notes of honeyed, spicy stone fruit. The invigorating palate stretches between exotic fruits and pomelo. A champagne for aperitifs and meals, to be opened with sea bass with fennel.
