The nose opens with notes of butter, baked pear, brioche and fresh almond, combined with candied fruit reminiscent of orangette. The palate is quite astonishing for a 100% meunier, with marked freshness. The body is dynamic and fleshy, but not opulent. The finish takes on citrus notes (orange, tangerine, grapefruit) like a spicy fruit salad. The whole is very refreshing, with a mineral framework that stretches to the finish and leaves the palate clean, thanks to controlled power. We'll come back to it on its own or at the table.
