Vinified in barrels and made from old vines, the oldest of which date back to 1910, this 100% Pinot Meunier has a golden-gray color, with a sustained, creamy effervescence. The nose is fresh, rich and intense, with red berries and vine peaches, and hints of honey and roasted coffee. The palate is homogeneous and salivating, with fresh citrus fruits. A beautifully crafted Extra Brut to enjoy as an aperitif or with sugar-crusted Arctic char and butternut coulis.
