The pale color, animated by fine bubbles, opens onto a nose with a surprising aromatic palette of white alcohol, coconut and pineapple, reminiscent of piña colada. On the palate, the bubbles are fine and the wine is greedy. A fine bottle to drink with raw fish. A surprisingly drinkable champagne.
