Straw-orange color with hints of yellow gold and copper. Nose of sourdough bread, slightly spicy, fresh and floral. The bubbles seem delicate and fresh. Good bitterness and acidity on the palate: the wine is lively and silky, salivating and salty, gourmand, with citrus and lemon. A tasty, gourmet cuvée with a long, succulent finish.
