Seductive aromas of fresh red fruit and brioche. Chiseled, deep, complex palate with superb amplitude, melting texture and hints of blackcurrant, pomegranate juice, granny smith apple and iodine. The dosage is judiciously calibrated, as is the length on the palate. The work of a goldsmith. Agnolotti with Barolo sauce would be perfect.
