This 2012 vintage is a success in every respect. A bright and brilliant golden colour invites you to taste it. The nose is of a rare delicacy with fresh aromas of citrus fruit, shortbread, mango and roasted pineapple. On the palate, the wine is all freshness and presents a remarkable length. It could be paired with salmon with dill and starfruit sauce.
