This blend of 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay presents thin and festive bubbles. The nose reveals aromas of crushed strawberries, raspberries and pink biscuits for bouquet full of finesse. On the palate, the dosage in sugar is perfect. The red berries evolve to a subtly toasted finish. This champagne would pair well with duck breast with pepper sauce.
