Produced from a blend of half Chardonnay and half Pinot Noir, this cuvée offers a range of aromas quite similar to those of a blanc de blanc, with marked citrus notes. On the palate, the pinot takes over to balance the structure and finesse of the wine, which can be opened with noble fish such as turbot with citrus fruit.

Rémy Massin et Fils
Rémy Massin founded his own company in 1974. His grandson Cédric joined the domaine in 2002. The 20 ha of vines, cultivated without herbicides since the 2000s, are located at the entrance to the Arce valley on a Kimmeridgian terroir on the Côte des Bar. They open out onto a range of well-aired, well-exposed slopes, giving the grapes a high degree of ripeness and a rounder, more intense taste to the wines. Domaine certified HVE (high environmental value) and VDC (sustainable viticulture in Champagne).
