Pale lemon yellow with golden highlights. The nose is expressive of yellow lemon and candied grapefruit, with a touch of white honey and brioche. The bubbles are lively, whipped and carved. The palate reveals intense freshness, with fresh exotic fruit and pear tarte tatin. Elegance and balance are the hallmarks of this cuvée, which never feels sweet, and ends with an excellent, fragrant, fresh finish.
