Slightly reduced on first contact, this champagne reveals aromatic treasures on aeration, with notes of undergrowth, toast, white fruit and spices in a remarkably elegant bouquet. The palate is enlivened by delicate yet dynamic bubbles that awaken a refined substance. Freshness is well in place, perfectly balanced by the dosage. A powerful wine, but very polished before a saline, very salivating finish. Class without showiness. Very long, persistent chalky finish.
