A fine balance between fresh notes (candied grapefruit, bitter orange zest) and more evolved ones (acacia honey, vanilla cream). A floral touch follows, like dried rose petals and iris root. Delicate on the palate! The bubbles are present, but not aggressive. The slightly honeyed sweetness of lime blossom is counterbalanced by candied lemon and more citrusy notes of wild fennel. The smoothness is there, without smothering the substance. The finish is barely marked by a few counterpoint bitters.
