Dressed in a pale orange-pink, this wine immediately seduces with a gourmet nose combining raspberry, morello cherry, grapefruit, black pepper, honey, chocolate strawberry, raspberry macaroon, peony and candied apple, in a style that's both "girly" and muscular. On the palate, the soft attack, fine bubbles and balanced density offer a full-bodied, vinous sensation, full of flavor, with a build ideal for the table. Its energetic finish, with ashy bitters and spices, invites you to continue the experience, with a duck breast of which it will be the king.
