Harvested at 14 degrees, a sensation of heat precedes caramel and concentrated grapes on the nose. Through powdery soft tannins, pure Kimmeridgean and citrus notes surface on this Coteau with some sapidity, as semi dried black fruits and dark purple dry herb textures merge with a sense of gras from super ripe grapes. A natural, pure, ripe red.
