In the Aube region, Roland Piollot is at the head of this family estate certified in organic farming since 2014. He turned to biodynamics to cultivate his 8.5 hectares of vines. He takes pride in his heritage - half of the vines are more than fifty years old ; on the top of the classic reserve and rosé cuvées, he produces some single varietal champagnes with strong personalities.
