This grand rosé boasts a very clear, brilliant, tile-red salmon color. A nose of red berries, gooseberries and gingerbread punctuates a harmonious finish of fruits à l'eau de vie. The palate is round, suave, creamy, greedy, almost racy. The retro-olfaction is benevolent. A perfect match for chicken with crayfish or red fruit panna cotta
