Only Champagne can offer us 11-year-old wines with all the energy and grace of a newborn. This saline, tangy cuvée offers delicate aromas of humus, gentian, preserved lemon and dried apricot. The palate is invigorating and appetizing, and the minimal dosage nicely underscores the bubbles. Worth discovering.
