A large majority of old Chardonnay vines in this vineyard planted in the 1950s by Alex Mignon, the father of the duo at the head of the house. The wine has an attractive golden color, animated by micro-bubbles. The nose is elegant and racy, with notes of candied lemon and toast. The palate is well rounded, full-bodied and endowed with the deep-rooted tension that makes this champagne both gourmand and fine.

Pierre Mignon
Based in Le Breuil, in the Marne valley, the Pierre Mignon family has been cultivating its 20 ha vineyard for five generations, planted mainly with Pinot Meunier (50%), alongside Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Pierre and Yveline Mignon work as a family with their two children: Céline, in charge of exports and commercial relations, and Jean-Charles, in charge of vineyards and wines. Together, they produce three ranges of champagnes. They have opened a tasting room in Épernay with a head sommelier who hosts numerous masterclasses and food and champagne pairings.
