A fine signature, this Grand Vintage 2010. Its pale gold color envelops a multitude of fine bubbles. The dashing nose reveals an aromatic palette of yeasty white fruit, vanilla-dried fruit and elegant notes of toasted brioche. The palate expresses itself vehemently in delectable, suave gourmandise. A real sensual pleasure to try with poularde de Bresse aux morilles.
