This 3.3-hectare family estate is managed by Périne Chartogne Baillette, who owns parcels in Trois-Puits and Rilly-la-Montagne in the Premier Cru. The vines receive no chemical weedkillers, and some are worked with horses. Vinification takes place in vats or barrels, depending on the cuvée, all of which offer freshness and authenticity.
