This cuvée is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. It presents a rose gold colour and aromas of raspberries and shortcrust pastry on the nose. On the palate, the wine is round and generous yet elegant, with pastry notes pleasantly counterbalanced by a hint of redcurrant. To be enjoyed with a red fruit crumble.
