A large majority of Chardonnay and 33% Pinot Noir for this cuvée from a 24-acre vineyard planted with the two king grape varieties of the region. A beautiful golden color and very fine bubbles rising up the chimney open the tasting. The nose, still a little behind, with notes of hazelnut, blond tobacco and candied lemon, is followed by a palate that combines finesse and structure, fullness and tension with a beautiful delicacy. A true champagne wine to open with sweetbreads or lobster.
