Like a trip to Provence, the nose reveals very floral aromas of lavender and wild thyme, not forgetting a more pastry-like side thanks to notes of vanilla and orange blossom. The palate is as refreshing as a handful of freshly picked raspberries, and the well-balanced texture is a real pleasure, despite the slightly heavy dosage.

Paul-Sadi

This family estate covers 3 hectares and gathers the vines of the Portier and Malot families. The brand is made up of the names of the grandfathers: Paul and Sadi. Jérôme Portier is in charge of the estate. The Pinots Noirs are from Verzy and Beaumont (classified Grands Crus) and the Chardonnays come from the beautiful terroir of Villers-Marmery. The estate also has a small 24-hectare clos called Clos Virgile. In the cellar, depending on the vintage, the aging takes place in stainless steel vats, barrels or casks.
